Rafalias Pharmacy

Rafalias Pharmacy opened in 1890 and is one of the oldest pharmacies in Greece — founded by Evangelos Rafalias and still run by his family today. Step inside and you find the original wooden interior, preserved just as it was, which has made it one of the most photographed spots in Hydra town. Alongside a fully modern pharmacy service, the family keeps up the tradition of its own herbal creams, soaps and scents.

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–14:00 & 17:00–21:00
At weekends the island's two pharmacies take turns being on duty.
