Nefeli Villa is a traditional Hydriot house dating to the late 19th century, built right into the island's rock and lovingly restored in 2020. Spread over two floors and 160 m², it opens onto both a front and a back terrace, with access to the owners' garden — a quiet, green retreat just a few minutes' walk above Hydra's harbour.
Thoughtful touches make it feel like home: a Grohe Blue filtered-water system for chilled still and sparkling water, a Chromecast-equipped TV for your own streaming services, and an electric plancha griddle for long summer dinners out on the terrace.
