Hydra's Weather Station Marks 17 Years of Continuous Recording

The private Hydra Weather Station at Agios Dimitrios has completed 17 years of continuous operation and record-keeping.

For nearly two decades the station has systematically tracked the island's weather, with its readings refreshed every 20 seconds for a live, up-to-the-moment picture of conditions on Hydra.

Over these years it has built a rich meteorological archive — historical records, analytics and statistics on temperature, rainfall and the other weather parameters.
