Hydra Municipal Tennis Court — booking & how to play

Following the Municipality of Hydra's announcement on the opening of the Municipal Tennis Court and the pilot electronic booking system, the procedure for the trial period (up to 31 August) is clarified below.
Step 1 — Online booking
Go to the booking platform, choose the day and time you want, and fill in the personal details requested. Your booking is then recorded electronically.
Step 2 — Application form
After booking, you receive by email an application to use the court. Complete it and either hand it in at the KEP (Citizens' Service) in the OTE building, or email it to aegatastaseis@ydra.gov.gr, before you use the court.
Step 3 — Collecting the keys
The keys are collected from and returned to the KEP in the OTE building. During the trial period to 31 August, book at a time that lets you collect the keys within office hours, 08:00–14:00 daily. Keys are given to whoever made the first booking of the day (for morning use) and the first booking of the afternoon (for afternoon use); they are returned following the instructions sent to your email.
Step 4 — Using the court
Arrive at your booked time and use the facility in line with the operating regulations. When you finish, lock up the court and return the keys to the same point they were collected from — the KEP in the OTE building — as instructed.
Weekend 29–30 August
For bookings on the weekend of 29 and 30 August, the keys are handed over and returned by a designated municipal employee, whose details will be sent to the email you provided.
Please complete every step in good time — online booking, filling in and submitting the application, and collecting the keys — before your booked slot. Following this procedure keeps the court running smoothly for everyone.
