New sea connection: Hydra Port ⇄ Kamini
From 16 August 2026, the Municipality of Hydra is running a sea connection between Hydra Port and Kamini (and back), to make daily movement around the island easier.

The service is aimed primarily at residents of Kamini — a more remote part of the island — and at vulnerable groups, and secondarily at all residents of Hydra. To apply this priority, passengers may show the captain, Mr. Iason Rappas, a Certificate of Permanent Residence from the Municipality, or a recent utility bill or other proof of residence.
