Christos Zerefos: “Inside the Mind of Panagiotis Tetsis”

The Historical Archives – Museum of Hydra invites you to a lecture by the distinguished academic Professor Christos Zerefos, on the theme “Inside the Mind of Panagiotis Tetsis”.

Professor Zerefos is Greece's National Representative for Climate Change, President of the International Association of Academies, and Supervisor of the Research Centre for Atmospheric Physics and Climatology of the Academy of Athens.

A discussion with the audience follows. The evening is moderated by the historian and archivist Konstantina Adamopoulou, President of the ΓΑΚ/ΙΑΜΥ board.

Panagiotis Tetsis was one of Greece's major twentieth-century painters and closely tied to Hydra — his home and studio can be visited on the island.
